Permission: The leader of EC and TK will have permission to decide to drop the selling price to minimum:cost price*80% (For example, using special voucher, add-on deal, campaign or FlashSale price etc.) If lower than this, please let Manager confirm the price.

Frequently Error:

Solution: Record the products and update price after the campaign period ends.

2.Quality Check, Failed by Lazada Policy(R_4933719): ราคาสินค้า ต่ำ/สูงกว่าที่กำหนด กรุณาตรวจสอบราคาสินค้าและแก้ไขราคาสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง/Product price does not seem to be correct. Please check and input the correct price. (Error

Solution: Change the fake price first, and update the adjusted price manually one by one.

Frequently Error:

1.The price of different models in one item is too large

Solution: Notify Supervisor or Manager to adjust the highest or lowest price to fix the rule.

2. Sold Out

Solution: add 1 stock and modify the price and remove the 1 stock.  

4.2.2 Change SKU in Platform
If the price of the new SKU is the same as the old SKU, you can just update the name, the image, the seller SKU name and the weight. But if not, please delete the option/variation first, and create a new option/variation for the new SKU, because the old SKU maybe was locked in some campaign with the campaign price of the old SKU.

4.2 Size&Weight

4.2.1 Lazada

For different SKU, turn this option on to set different weight & size for different SKUs according to JST. (If you find that there’s no weight & size of products, notify P. Wien to update as soon as possible)


4.2.2 Shopee

Because Shopee can’t set different weight & size for different SKUs. So the rule will like this,

1. If the SKUs weight is the same, we set it up according to JST.(Like, “wanglaoji” listing)

2. If the SKUs weight is near, we set the biggest one.(For example, “happy-oil” listing, weight=1 kg)

3. If the SKUs weight is huge different, we set the average.(For example, “wangzai” listing, set weight=(125+245)/2=185g)

Don’t set size for products in Shopee

4.2.3 Tiktok

Because Tiktok is Free-Shipping platform, so If the SKUs weight and size are different, set the biggest one(If the biggest one is over 5kg, set 5kg)

1 Basic Rule

Using Purchase - Simple Aroi as a calculation template to , go  “Alizwellmart Co., Ltd - Purchase-in receipt management” to check whether the production date of products which the warehouse team records is correct or not.

- Important Factors: “Sales volume in 7-15-30”, “Available Quantity”, “Label” and remember to “Display inventory equals 0”.

- If products are attached with a “Clearance” label, it means we don’t purchase it anymore.

- For the products which are out of stock for a long time, the “Sales volume in 7-15-30” data can’t reflect real sales volume, so go to “Sales theme report” to have a check of monthly sales volume of that product before the product is out of stock(go “Entry and exit records” to check out of stock date). And make a purchase quantity of monthly sales volume.

C. Operation Notes

C.1 Please don't delete the split bills of online orders, due to overweight, the platform will split the large order to 2 orders, and we've to send out two splitted orders(to print and send two express sheets) in order to change the status of both of splitted orders to shipped. If we deleted online order in JST, it's only deleted in JST, the order wouldn't be deleted in Platform. We take the order status on the platform as final or real status.

C.2  We check the order status at 4 P.M everyday. If there's an order that can't be sent out before 4 P.M. of the next day, please send it to here and @BoB Weerapong to help deal with it.


C.3 @Graphic After you created an offline order and finished the document(got P. Bob signature) for the products used for shooting, please send the order number out in this group, and P. @BoB Weerapong please help set the order as "Shipped".

In Lazmall a SKU of a box is necessary, and you can set one or two more Combo products. That'll be enough, No need to set the combination of too few cans. For example, wangzai-milk, 48 cans a box, so we can set a box as a SKU in Lazmall, and there's 12 cans as a pack, we can set a pack as a SKU in Lazmall as well. Finally, there is only a pack and a box SKU in Lazmall. That's enough.

D. Operator Routine

D.1 Check orders

- Check whether orders were sent out normally in JST. (if there’s an order has stuck in “Abnormal” status, find out solution in JST System Usage Guideline first)

- Check whether they're red labels for orders in Platform Shops.(We take platform order status as real status)
“SLA Breached” in “To Pack”, “To Arrange Shipment” and “To Handover” 3 columns

“Risk of late shipment” or “Late Shipment” in “To Process”, “Processed” 2 columns.

D.2 Check reviews

If there's a 5-star review, do a reply to appreciate and invite him/her to follow our store. And if there’s a bad review, chat with the customers to fix it. For Lazada bad reviews, we have to call the customers if the customers didn't reply in Chat.

D.3 Customer service

At least at 10 A.M., 2 P.M. and 6 P.M.(at least 3 times) checking Lazada and Shopee Chat, if you find a chat that is not replied, please reply immediately. You can use JST Message to check and reply as well
